Japanese SAKE Brewery "Kobayashi "

 This is Japanese Restaurant  run by Japanese Sake Brewery "Kobayashi Shuzo". The name is "Kinsuian". This building is next to the brewery and was refurbished by the company with a concept of making the most of existing old house in Kuriyama Town,Sorachi sub-prefectural area, Hokkaido.The atmosphere inside the building is so comfortable.

Those hanging scroll have been seen by millions of people in the long history of the company. Even for me as Japanese, it is difficult to read each character on the scroll.
But it is easy to understand that  various kinds of wisdom that were gained with age are on them.
