Perhaps the quality of the snow sculptures may be much higher than those of Sapporo Snow Festival.
International Snow Sculpture Competition is held in Nayoro City every year and the level of its artistic sense seems to be getting higher every year.
The lighting is also excellent and strikes the balance with the shape of the sculptures. I took them as sculptures of foam polystyrene at first. But they are made of snow.
Can you believe these sculptures are made of snow?
These sharp line of the sculptures can be made under the extremely cold temperature in Nayoro City.
Again, it is not sugar.
